When Sheraton Kuta Bali prepared to reopen after months of temporary closure during Covid, the objective was clear. Reassure guests. Communicate safety. Restore confidence.
Film Roxx was entrusted to produce a comprehensive reopening video campaign that highlights the hotel’s commitment to health protocols while maintaining the warmth and hospitality that Sheraton is known for.
The visual narrative focused on safety procedures, cleanliness standards, and controlled guest experiences. From arrival and check in to dining and relaxation areas, every frame was crafted to communicate a safe and welcoming environment.
One of the key production considerations was how to visually represent safety measures without reducing emotional connection. The client was uncertain whether on screen talents should wear masks or not. To ensure flexibility, we executed every key scene twice, one version with masks and one without. This approach allowed the client to evaluate tone and brand perception before final approval.
The selected version presented a confident yet responsible atmosphere, reinforcing that the resort was ready to welcome guests again.
