You will assist on shoots, set up camera and lighting, and work directly with the production team to make every frame count. We need someone who shows up early, pays attention, and is honest about what they do not know yet. You will help set up and break down gear, assist the DP during takes, manage batteries and cards so nothing gets lost, and shoot b-roll and behind the scenes footage when needed.

We look for basic knowledge of cameras and exposure, a short reel, strong English, and being based in Bali.

You will cut rough assemblies, organize footage, and refine edits under senior editor supervision. We care about pacing, sound, and clean timelines. You will build rough cuts from logged footage, organize projects and audio using a clear folder structure, refine pacing and color, and export deliveries in the formats each project requires.

We look for working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, a short showreel of personal edits, strong file management habits, and being based in Bali.

You will shadow our Video Director and Creative Director on live shoots and contribute to concept development for both client and internal projects. Physical stamina matters here since full-day on-site work is standard. Strong visual instincts and the ability to generate ideas under pressure are non-negotiable.

You will assist senior editors in assembling rough cuts, organising footage libraries, and refining edits until each project hits the standard we deliver to clients. A solid grasp of pacing and storytelling is more important than speed. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus but not required.

You will work directly with our Director of Sales and Marketing on campaign execution and strategy, covering content marketing, paid ads, SEO, SEM, and sales funnel development. You will be assigned real tasks with real deadlines.
